Lucy Fernandez
Lucy Fernandez is a former star of Degrassi Jr. High. We meet her in season 1 as Joey attempts to sell her a car. She reprises her role in season 2, appearing at Snake and Spike’s wedding.
Jeff Issacs is Toby’s biological father. Since him and his wife can’t seem to stop arguing, they divorce. Jeff gets together with Ashely’s mom and thus creates a bit of tension between Toby and Ashley. Jeff treats Toby and Ashley equally.
Laura Kwan
Mrs. Kwan is an English teacher at Degrassi. When tension grows between her, Spinner, and Jay, she is forced to depart from Degrassi. She returns in season 2
Kate Kerwin
Kate Kerwin is Ashely’s mom. She splits with her husband when she discovers he is homosexual and has cheated. She gets together with Jeff Issacs, Toby’s father.
Todd MacGregor
Todd MacGregor is Terri’s father. Todd is supportive of Terri through the show. When Terri is put into a coma by Rick, Todd is enraged. He questions Paige and Spinner’s motivations for keeping their abusive relationship secret.
Scott Cameron
Scott, or Tracker Cameron, is Sean’s older brother. They live together until Tracker is offered a job in distant Alberta. Tracker attempts to keep Sean away from Jay.
Coach Armstrong
Coach Armstrong is a math teacher at Degrassi. When he attempts to help Liberty overcome her dyscalculia, he becomes subject to rumors. Alongside teaching math, Coach Armstrong also conducts the boy’s sports teams at Degrassi.
Robert Kerwin
Robert Kerwin is Ashley Kerwin’s homosexual father. Ashley does not initially accept her parents’ reason for splitting, but grows tolerance to her father’s way of life.
Shelia
Shelia is the lunch lady at Degrassi. When allegations of earwigs within the school’s food begin to spread, Spinner attempts to initiate a boycott of cafeteria food. Emma takes a similar course when she attempts to battle the infestation of GM foods. They are both unsuccessful in their individual boycotts.
Albert Manning
Liz O’ Rourke
Liz was a former character in Degrassi Jr, High and Degrassi High. She guest starred numerous Degrassi: The Next Generation episodes.
Ms. Sauve
Ms. Sauve is the guidance counselor at Degrassi. She helped Paige through her rape, students following the school shooting, and Liberty during her pregnancy. She continues her efforts this season by helping Darcy overcome her rape.
Sydney
Sydney is Joey’s girlfriend for a shortened amount of time. He ends their relationship to get back together with Caitlin Ryan. Ironically, he uses Sydney’s services to attempt to sell his home.
Mrs. Nash
Mrs. Nash is Ellie’s mom. She has a significant problem with alcohol which causes Ellie to cut herself. Her behavior also encourages Ellie to move away from their home.
Mrs. Santos
Mrs. Santos is Manny’s mother. She and her father kick her out of the house when they discover that Manny is pregnant.
Mrs. Murray
Mrs. Murray is Rick’s mother. She loves Rick but is unable to understand why everyone has developed such hatred towards him.
Mr. del Rossi
Mr. Del Rossi is Marco’s father. He is suspicious as to why Marco doesn’t date girls but refrains from making a huge deal out of it. He is homophobic, but has no idea of Marco’s relationship with Dylan.
Mrs. del Rossi
Mrs. del Rossi is Marco’s mother. She knows of his sexual orientation and accepts him for who he is. She is very supportive of Marco and hides his homosexuality form his father.
Christopher
Christopher is Robert Kerwin’s partner. They have their wedding in season 4.
Mr. Brooks
Mr. Brooks is Jimmy’s father. He always attempts to push Jimmy far beyond his limits.
Mr. Van Zandt
Mr. Van Zandt is Liberty’s father. He agrees to help Liberty during her pregnancy given the fact that she dumps JT. Liberty refuses.
Diane
Diane is a character on Degrassi that appears in Season 5.
Mrs. Van Zandt
Mrs. Van Zandt is Liberty’s mom. She and her husband refuse to help Liberty during her pregnancy as long as she remains with JT.
