5/30/2006 - New Characters For Season 6

 

The Executive Producer Stephen Stohn posted today on the official Degrassi website that today they did a read through for episodes 605 and 606 he did mention some of the cast weren't at the read through due to being needed on set. He also mentioned they are probably going to flip flop episodes 603 and 604 meaning 603 will now be "True Colours" and 604 "Can't Hardly Wait" reasons for this change are unknown.

He also posted that there were 2 new Characters at the read through today. One of them a female named Mia the other is named Jesse but his or her gender is still unknown. The ages and grades of the new characters is also still a mystery. Here is his post below:

"We had a read-through of 605 and 606 today... and I think we are going to switch 603 and 604 around (i.e. 603 will become 604, and the script that was 604 will become 603)!

A couple of new actors were at the read-through--one playing the new character Mia, and another playing the new character Jesse... some of the actors couldn't be there because they had to be on set! "
