5/20/2006 - CTV Press Release Delayed

 

Earlier roday, the Executive Producer Stephen Stohn announced the CTV press release announcing season 6 would be delayed until at least June 5 when CTV holds it's annual fall launch presentation and party. Normally the CTV fall press release is issued in mid-May. He also mentions some other Degrassi projects, including webisodes and even some other things that he can't talk about yet. Here is his post below:

"The Start of Produciton press release will be delayed until June 5 or later--June 5 is when CTV holds its annual Fall Launch presentation and party for advertisers and sponsors, and makes a lot of announcements there--so they want to hold off until then announcing officially the number of episodes, as well as announcing the number of webisodes and also a bunch of other things that I can't talk about until then!!"
